I frequently overlooked Cult of Luna. I say frequently because each release they put out, I more or less ignore and leave it in the shelf collecting dust. To be honest I can't even recall what brought me to pick up Eternal Kingdom and actually listen to it. That neglect has seriously deprived me of the artistry found in this album. Although I hate using the word, in true "post" fashion, each of the songs are constructed masterfully with heavy riffs and melodies that compliment each other. That isn't to say there is just a lull throughout the tracks, it serves to set a foundation that allows Cult of Luna to progress the reader through the entirety of the record. Cult of Luna- Eternal Kingdom
